Girls on the Run Lancaster-Lebanon inspires girls in grades 3–8 through evidence-based programs that blend physical activity with life-skill development — building confidence, kindness, and decision-making skills that last a lifetime.
Since 2009, the program has empowered more than 24,000 girls across Lancaster and Lebanon counties. Every season culminates in a celebratory 5K, and over 65% of participants rely on financial assistance — making community support essential.

Founded in memory of Caleb Walker (1990–2014), who found profound relief during a weekend getaway while battling cancer, the foundation carries forward his spirit of hope.
